I live in Montana where there is no sales tax…I am looking into to purchasing a new boat in seattle wa…I will have the boat licenced in montana and I will be using the boat in Montana, but will I have to pay the sales tax in washington?

A.has a sufficient stake in the matter
B.has jurisdiction
C.has sufficient minimum contacts with the parties
D.is a more convenient location to hold the trial.
